"Marci: I wanted to give you an update on [our daughter's] progress. Kendall has been working with [our daughter] for the past six weeks or so and has helped her improve her understanding of Algebra. [She] really enjoys working with Kendall, and I am very pleased with her as well. Just so you know, [our daughter] had the opportunity to improve her math grade IF she re-did some of her homework and did test corrections. I called Kendall on Monday and she said she could be at our house at 8:30 p.m. (this is after a very long day too) and she stayed until [our daughter] got everything done. I can't tell you how much I appreciate her willingness to help us in a pinch. She not only helped [our daughter] get it all done, she was cheerful and very positive during the entire period. Please know that I will recommend your organization and Kendall to others. I realize word-of-mouth is the best marketing there is. Thanks again for steering us in the right direction.
