Experience
Prior to working with Early Bird Learning, Crystal most recently worked at an Elementary Summer School program, focusing on Pre-K and Kindergarten students. Additionally, she gained valuable experience during this time working with students who needed to retake their End of Grade exams.
Crystal has previously served as a Teacher Intern in a Kindergarten classroom, gaining experience in one-on-one and small group tutoring. Activities included phonics, math, reading, sight words, etc.
Crystal is presently tutoring an eighth grader in all subjects, preparing with her for the SSAT, and working on study and organizational skills.
Crystal is also working with a first grader, specifically focusing on reading and practicing sight and lifetime words.
